Kedudukan Malaysia dalam Indeks Pembangunan Pendidikan Untuk semua (EDI) meningkat ke tangga 45 daripada 129 negera yang terbabit dalam kaji selidik Laporan Pamantauan Global (GMR) 2009 berbanding kedudukan 56 yang dicapai pada GMR tahun ini.
