Jika 20 tahun lalu golongan pelajar sekolah hanya dikaitkan dengan jenayah kecil-kecilan seperti mencuri, kini keadaan jauh berubah apabila mereka semakin 'garang' apabila dikesan turut terbabit kes jenayah rogol, samun bersenjata api, pecah rumah dan rusuhan.
